Who I Am
My name is Krishna. While I was born in Canada, I’ve lived in the US for most of my life, and have settled in the Tampa Bay area for the past six years. I’m a husband and a father. I also have a black belt in Taekwondo. Hi-yah!
What I Do
I wear many hats: instructor, cartoonist, illustrator, graphic designer, web monkey. I teach design courses full-time within the Media Arts and Animation Department at the Art Institute of Tampa. I have also taught as an adjunct professor within the Arts Department at the University of South Florida, teaching introductory courses in visual storytelling and animation.
I have been working as a professional cartoonist since 1999. My comics have been featured on such notable sites like DIGG.com, Mashable, CNET and Gizmodo, and (unlike me) my first self-published book, PC Weenies: Rebootus Maximus, has traveled to all seven continents. While I love to draw, I’m supremely focused on exceeding my client’s expectations and providing friendly and dependable service.
What I Can Do For You
I specialize in making comics and illustrations that entertain and educate, using my quirky sense of humor and art to promote your company’s ideas, products and services in a unique and engaging way.
I’m also available for meaty projects involving editorial and advertising illustration, album art and vis dev design for children’s books and animation. I love kung fu, animation, muscle cars, pop culture, rock music and comics – and infuse those elements into what I do.
Who I Service
I work with large and small clients from around the world.
- Tech Companies
- Packaging Design Firms
- Ad Agencies
- and much, much more
Let me rock out on your next big project!
